WebCT: WebCT is a tool that facilitates the creation of WWW based educational environments with little technical knowledge needed. It can be used to create entire on-line courses, or to make supplementary materials available through the web. WebCT also provides a wide variety of tools and features that can be added to a course, such as a bulletin board system, on-line chat, student progress tracking, group project organization, grade maintenance and distribution, auto-marked quizzes, and more.
