Vikash Singh's research interests include religion, embodiment, everyday violence, social theory and phenomenology, caste/race, ethics, popular culture and aesthetics, and collective action. Vikash has also worked on a number of projects on urban and rural poverty, homeless children, entitlements, and social movements in India. He has taught courses in Classical and Contemporary Sociological Theory, Introduction to Sociology, Race and Ethnicity, and Social Research Methods.
