Assistant Professor (online faculty), Austin Peay State University in Tennessee; Lecturer at Rutgers University, and Richard Stockton College of NJ
Greetings! I completed my Ph.D. in 1991 and have not left New Jersey or Rutgers. For the past three years I have been teaching sociology full-time online for a university in Tennessee. I also continue to teach part time at Rutgers and Stockton. I am an executive board member of the PTL Faculty Chapter-AAUP-AFT at Rutgers. In terms of research, several years ago I was the lead project consultant for a point-in-time study of homelessness in southern Ocean County, New Jersey. The report was prepared for the Office of Professional Development and Continuing Education for Health Sciences and Human Services, RSC of NJ. In terms of community involvement, I am active in Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Ocean County as a personal mentor and volunteer committee member.
