Julia Flagg is an assistant professor of Sociology and Environmental Studies at Connecticut College. After finishing her PhD at Rutgers, she completed a post-doctoral research fellowship in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Connecticut. Her research and teaching interests include climate change, Costa Rica, disasters, and water.
